The room I stayed in was kept clean and available with coffee and a non-working mini fridge. The breakfast at the Executive Club was delicious and nice. The property's location was marvelous and stunning, very close to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful continental breakfast with something for everyone. Beautiful views of the skyline from well-equipped and brand-new rooms. Great bed. Perfect location right off of the river, a short walk to Riverwalk, Michigan Avenue shopping, lakefront, Navy Pier.

stayed at the sheraton in high floor with incredible view over the water, very clean with three windows. the reception front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. very close and walkable to anita dee yatch charters which was the place i needed to go to for a friend's birthday party. the location of the hotel is close to everything. it was perfect for us.

The room was beautiful and attractive. The location was awesome, very central. The hotel is just 1 mile from The Loop. The restaurant is great for breakfast, and the staff here cooked hot dishes. Good view of downtown — really appreciated it.

The breakfast was delicious and exceptionally nice, had a huge variety of options. The room was kept clean and available with a large king sized bed, great pillows plus toothbrush. It was in a marvellous and stunning location not too far from Downtown Chicago.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and it exceeded my expectations. The lobby had a bustling energy, the culinary experiences were world-class, and the open work spaces were perfect for collaboration. The flexible event space, with over 125,000 square feet and 43 meeting rooms, truly showcased why this hotel is where the world comes together.

The one service that I missed for my work was a 24-hour fully accessible business center.

The location was stunning and fantastic, next to the Buckingham Fountain as well as other great attractions. Also, I was at a moderate distance from Navy Pier. The a double room was nicely furnished, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The continental breakfast was complementary and at the Executive Club.

My room was fabulous with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were awesome, fine, and happy to help. The location was marvellous and stunning, quite close to Downtown Chicago. The area was great, close enough to Navy Pier, theatres, food selection in the Sheraton Club, and many restaurants and shops, parks.

Hey, I got amazing views of the lake, river, and cityscape from my swanky room. Also, I had so many boating options right at the hotel's doorstep, including floating bars. Fancy!

Yeah, everything was wonderful, except for the fact that they didn't charge me for flushing the toilet. So rude, right?

The rooms here are fantastic, bright, and come with a large king-sized bed, and the location is amazing, just a 10-15 minute walk from The Loop area.

The units are well-equipped and a nice size with a nice view. They have a lounge and luggage storage.

Clean hotel and friendly service. Complementary breakfasts with toast and fresh fruit. The great location for the price, not far from Navy Pier, the "Bean", multiple attractions/shopping and the CTA station to the airport and the downtown area and the river walk and the Navy Pier.

During my recent business trip to Chicago, I had the opportunity to stay at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk, chosen by my director. The hotel provided exceptional amenities, including an invigorating workout in the modern fitness center, which helped me wind down after a long day of meetings. The sparkling indoor pool was also a delightful way to rejuvenate, and I appreciated the option to enjoy massage therapy to further relax. The breathtaking views of the city skyline and Lake Michigan from the hotel's location just off Michigan Avenue truly enhanced my stay.

The restaurant was nice, exceptional service, tasty food. It was newly renovated, good enough for one night. The location was good and stunning, just 10 minutes walk from a skateboard park.
